Since all reservations at Vila Ravijojla are free of charge and do not involve an advance payment, cancellation of the reservation is always free of charge and without penalty. Please notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible via email at booking@vilaravijojla.rs. Your timely notification assists us with our organization and accommodation availability for other guests.

5. House rules and stay regulations

Check-in to the apartment is possible from 10:00 AM, and check-out from the apartment is no later than 2:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and enclosed areas of Vila Ravijojla; smoking is permitted exclusively in the yard and designated outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation units of Vila Ravijojla.

6. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the website’s operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Vila Ravijojla is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of information or services available on this site.
